Kev was such a warm hearted, caring and fun loving chap. I had the pleasure of getting to know him across the last 11 years, as a Crimestoppers committee member, as the Editor at The Echo, Cheltenham Town Centre Manager and BID Director. Throughout that time Kev was so well respected. I admired him. Kev became my friend, and for that I’ll always be grateful. May you rest in peace Kev. I’ll miss you. Kate V
